HoneyBeeAwareness.org is collecting voluntary information from veterinary clinics to better understand the recent and historical toll of bee-related injuries on pets, horses, livestock, and other animals.

About This Survey

Please provide whatever information your clinic can reasonably supply. Recent estimates are helpful, and older searchable records or professional recollections are especially valuable. You may report one year, several years, individual memorable incidents, or your clinic's full available history.

Please do not provide client names, addresses, medical records, or other confidential information. Clinic names and contact information will remain private, and findings will be reported in aggregate unless separate permission is requested and granted.

Estimates are welcome. A record search is not required to participate.
